Little
Dan's Pit Smoked BBQ
757 Main St. Lewiston ME
04240
(207) 333-3BBQ (3227)
Hi, We would like to explain
how our food is prepared
fresh daily in our BBQ pit
smoker you viewed at the
side of our building.
We arrive early every
morning to fire up the pit
with apple, oak and maple
woods. We let the wood turn
to coals and slowly smoke
our food all day long. Some
meats up to 14 hours to cook
and almost all smoked food
picks up a pink hue. This is
called a "smoke ring" and is
one true way to determine
true smoked BBQ. Only when
the meats are tender &
succulent and meet our
expectations, do we remove
them from the smoker and
prepare them in our kitchen
for you.
With a special blend of
seasonings, spices and other
secret ingredients let us
bring the southern pleasures
of real BBQ to Maine. Again,
thanks for visiting our
humble restaurant. Please
don't hesitate to let us
know if there is anything we
can do to make your dining
experience with us a great
one. We are always willing
to take extra time and care
to make your meal one you
will enjoy and remember.
Again, don't hesitate to ask
for special presentations
with your meal.
Sincerely,
Bjorn, Erica, Dan & the Crew |

Patti’s Restaurant
65 Gray Rd
Falmouth ME 04105
(207)
797-0579
Patti’s
Restaurant was originally established in
1984 in the Northgate Shopping Plaza,
Portland, Maine. The restaurant quickly
became a local favorite where people
could visit with their neighbor and get
a good meal served with a smile. The
original “Patti” has long since retired
from the restaurant business but it is
our goal to continue the tradition of
providing home cooked food in a
comforting environment that acts as your
home away from home. We moved the
restaurant to West Falmouth Crossing in
June 2000 and have been making new
friends ever since. We hope you enjoy
your time here at Patti’s Restaurant and
we look forward to serving you again.
Thank You! |
